John Andrew Reasnor recently made a lengthy post on his Facebook wall regarding Kinist arguments that have transpired on the Fight Laugh Feast Network Facebook page. Below are his comments in bold followed by my responses.

Should Christians have “natural affections” for their own ethnicity? … Recently, a popular podcast network group affiliated with Doug Wilson (Fight Laugh Feast Network) has been embroiled in dozens of posts and hundreds (if not thousands) of comments debating kinism. Darren Doane Takes Kinism To The Woodshed

Darren Doane is a member of Doug Wilson’s church and director of the documentary Collision about the debate between Wilson and atheist Christopher Hitchens…a step up from the Blink-182 music videos that Doane directed earlier in his career. Doane doesn’t like Kinism, as is apparent from his comment posted to Facebook earlier this week. He accuses Kinists of being like the Pharisees and the “synagogue of Satan” mentioned in Rev. 2:9 and 3:9. Those are some big accusations, to be sure! Hey Darren, quick question: What do you think of the actual practitioners of Judaism today? Are they at least a part of the “synagogue of Satan,” or is that being anti-Semitic? Never mind. read more

In America we are being told that Russia is invading Russia simply because they are a bully. Gary North, a prominent founder of the Christian Reconstructionist movement passed away on February 24. North was a prolific author and speaker who frequently wrote and lectured on politics, libertarian economics, the gold standard, and postmillennial eschatology. North was influenced by his future father-in-law, R.J. Rushdoony who convinced him that God’s law serves as the foundation for all Christian morality and ethics. North also became convinced that God’s mandate for mankind to take dominion in Gen. 1:28 coupled with Christ’s Great Commission meant that the Gospel message wasn’t solely concerned with the salvation of individual sinners, but that the Bible also promises the conversion of the nations and consequently the transformation of the social order into conformity with God’s law. read more

Whoopi Goldberg has been suspended from The View for two weeks after making comments that “the Holocaust” of Jews by the Germans during the Second World War wasn’t a racial conflict but rather ethnic because both the perpetrators and the victims shared the same white skin color. Goldberg has since apologized, before doubling down on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert. To be clear, I care about very little in this story. The View is stupid and literally no one should care about any of Whoopi Goldberg’s opinions on any subject whatsoever.
