After some thought about whether states did or didn’t or still do have a right to secede I thought myself, Why can’t the disgruntled and disenfranchised states vote to kick other states OUT of the union? Lets say Texas, Tennessee and Virginia get together and establish a case to kick New York, New Hampshire and California OUT if need be. This would be a constitutional amendment I would like to see.
